‘Hippies’ Perform on NADA Showroom Floor
SAN FRANCISCO (Jan. 25, 2015) — Business on the showroom floor paused for a few minutes this morning as dancers, musicians and stilt walkers in the Hippie Parade clanged trash cans, twirled ribbons and waved flowers through the aisles of the National Automobile Dealers Association Convention & Expo at Moscone Center.
Business-attired attendees, exhibitors and guests reached for their cell phones to take stills and videos of the merry musicians and dancers—dressed in tie-dye, headwraps and flowing dresses—a reminder of San Francisco of years past.
NADA’s 98th convention and expo ends Jan. 26. It runs concurrently with the American Truckers Association Convention & Expo. Click here to read more.
